A few hours up the road from Perth, The Pinnacles are some pretty unusual and striking rock formations, for their shape, number and colour. Whether they formed through rock erosion or forest fossilisation is a mystery, either way they’re pretty beautiful.
Two and a half hours drive later more yellow sand along with blue waters could be found stopping for lunch in Dongara.
Three hours further on more colourful nature was on display at this red tinged lake near Port Gregory.
Final stop for the day was Pot Alley, outside of Kalbarri. I’ve seen a lot of sea cliffs but these must rank up there with the best, colourful and epic.
Wonderful photos!!
Thank you. There’s plenty more to come from this trip, Western Australia can be very photogenic.
