Day trip from Split to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Trogir, which is on a small island, with most of the buildings dating from between the 13th and 15th centuries #trogir #croatia #splitdaytrip #stlawrencecathedral #unescoworldheritage Day spent in and around Split, heading out to my third large Roman site in a month, the incredibly located Klis Fortress, and back to town for the Archeological Museum and old town #split #croatia #salona #klisfortress #klisfortresscroatia #archeologicalmuseumsplit The sun came out today for a very pleasant day trip to Hvar Town, an hour by ferry from Split #hvar #hvartown #croatia #fortica #hvarfortress #hvarfranciscanmonastery Hello Croatia! First rainy day in over a month of travel, and felt like a month’s worth of rain fell on Split today. Took shelter in the average Ethnographic and Maritime Museums.
